Delivery of Your order will be processed within 5 working days of receipt and fully cleared payment.
Items in stock can take up to 5 working days to be delivered to UK mainland (overseas, highlands & islands may take longer).
Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items
If any of my art gets damaged through delivery transition, then notify me immediately within 2 days of delivery date and send it back within 7 days for a exchange or full refund.
I will always do my best to produce high standard quality work to you and wrap art well and secure.
I do understand there are times when you may need to return a item/items for whatever reason, so even if you just changed your mind, I would happily give a FULL REFUND, with no questions asked, on the conditions that you please RETURN my artwork undamaged back to me within 14 days, which starts the day your item/items were delivered to you. You are responsible for return postage on change of mind art.
Please makesure you check and inspect your item/items are all intact and undamaged as soon as you receive your delivery.
Full Refund will only be given after receiving back any item/items within 14 Days that are not damaged in anyway, unless they were damaged in the post, in that case you must notify me straight after the courier has delivered to you. My art will always depart from me in good condition and intact.
Any claim after 2 days will not be counted as damaged through post and i will not accept any damaged item/items back or give a refund or a exchange after this initial period.
I am not liable for any return postage costs or loss of items through post that are being returned to me unless any errors were on my behalf , ie sent wrong item/items. So please make sure you have proper proof of posting and wrap up art securely to avoid damage through post when returning.
A CUSTOM design that has been approved are excluded from this policy. There are NO refunds or exchanges for custom designs unless there are damages or technical issues through delivery transits, and must be notified within 2 days after delivery. Please note that all measurements are clearly stated and are in INCHES. NO REFUND or EXCHANGE will be given due to incorrect measurements made by the customer.
Shipping & Handling , Overseas Delivery
I welcome orders from overseas and would like to state here that I do not have control on the number of days that it might take to deliver the goods as there may be procedural delays at the respective destination countries. I would also like to add here that I are not responsible for any import, customs and any other duty that needs to be paid at the destination country, so check beforehand if ordering from abroad and overseas.
