What is the best way to contact you?

How do I purchase an item?

Just click on a item and ‘Add to Basket’ ,Clicking the button will add the item to your virtual shopping basket. You can then proceed to checkout and pay or continue shopping. Once you proceed to the checkout you will be required to fill in your details before being taken to PayPal to for the final transaction process. Once you have paid you will be transferred back to Shaidadesigns.com website and can download your invoice in PDF. You will also be emailed a receipt of payment from PayPal.

 

What happens if an item I want is out of stock?

I apologise for an item being out of stock – all items are subject to availability. You can just email me of your requirement and the design that is out of stock and I will reproduce. Please note here however all my orignal paintings are individually handmade and unique, so colours and design will vary to the ones that are photographed on here.

 

Can I have a custom design made?

Yes, of course. You may  get in touch with me via the ‘Contact' page or just give me a call and I will get back to you as soon as I am available to discuss what kind of bespoke artwork you are looking for.

 

Can I have a Gift that needs to be delivered to another address?

Yes, during the checkout process you may add an alternative shipping address to your billing address. Please ensure you enter YOUR own address associated with your credit card in the billing address section though your card has to be verified. Also notify and confirm this by contacting me.

 

My canvas hasn’t arrived yet – why?

Delivery should take a maximum of 3-5 days and if you have still not received your item please get in touch via the Contact page and we I will get back to you ASAP to resolve this issue.

All my Artwork is delivered with proof of delivery.

 

What happens if I’m out when you deliver?

The delivery service will leave a card to let you know that the delivery was attempted. You may take the card to your nearest depot and collect the package, or call the number on the card to make arrangements to have the package left in a safe place, or with a neighbour, alternatively you can wait for the service to return and deliver the following day. If there is no one available to receive your package when the second delivery is attempted it will be returned to the depot, please follow the instructions on the card left by the service to make further arrangements.

 

What happens if I want to return my item or I have changed my mind?

You can return or change your mind on any paintings if they have been less than 14 days from the delivery date and my artwork and packaging is still intact for a full refund, however I will not take reponsibility for any postal charges incurred whilst returning any items to me, unless theres a error on my behalf.
